The Standard American Diet (SAD) is failing us. More people than ever before are eating highly processed foods that degrade their health, cause excessive weight gain, diabetes, heart disease, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases and other chronic illnesses.
But Here’s The Good News:
Symptoms from these chronic health problems can often be relieved and sometimes the condition can be altogether reversed.

Are You Ready?
Hi there,
I’m Lacee Cunningham.
I live in Northern California with my husband Steve and our yellow Labrador, Wallace. I am the mother of 2 amazing girls and recently became a new grandma (aka Nana). I’ve had a passion for health and nutrition all of my adult life, yet still struggled with my own health challenges even though our family consumed what I thought was a healthy diet.
It wasn’t until my daughter started having health challenges of her own, that I really dug in and started doing my own research on traditional diets and diets to help heal. What I found is that getting back to real food, foods that are grown in nature, foods that are as close to their original source as possible are exactly what many of us need to heal from chronic health problems or to prevent them from occurring.
Fast forward several years later, and you will find me, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, helping others to improve their health and finally reach their health and nutrition goals.
My hope is that The Simply28 Real Food Cookbook, will be your go-to resource to help you start “Living Life Healthy and Happy!”
In good health,
Lacee
