I love French fries that are crisp on the outside yet tender in the middle and just a tad on the salty side! Once in while I indulge and have the real deal. But these baked Butternut Squash Crinkle Fries with Sriracha Dipping Sauce are a guilt free side dish that can be enjoyed anytime!
Ingredients
- 12 oz pkg Crinkle Cut Butternut Squash
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Smoked or Regular Paprika
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha, or more as desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Place butternut squash in a single layer in a 9 ½ x 11” baking dish or on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and smoked or regular paprika. Toss to coat well. Bake on center rack for 20 to 25 minutes. Squash is ready when can pierce easily with a fork and the outside edges begin to brown.
- While squash is cooking, prepare the Sriracha Dipping Sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise and Sriracha.
