Grilled salmon over sautéed zucchini and fennel stands alone as a healthy a delicious meal. But our family loves the addition of Crinkle “Fries” and Sriracha Sauce. There’s just something fun about dipping!

These pre-cut Butternut Squash Crinkle Fries, that I discovered recently at Trader Joe’s, saves time and is so much easier than cutting them by hand. Since we don’t have a Trader Joe’s nearby, I like to stock up with a few packs and put them in the freezer. They freeze well and I have them ready to use in a pinch. The Sriracha Dipping Sauce, while intended for the “fries,” adds another layer of flavor to the salmon as well.

No grill? No problem. Follow the preparation directions but bake salmon at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes instead.
