When dehydrated, our bodies lack the minerals needed to capture the water and hydrate at a cellular level. A dehydrated cell is kind of like a dehydrated raisin that needs to be plumped back up with water. For this reason, we add sea salt and aluminum free baking soda to provide sodium, potassium, and other trace minerals that cells need to retain the fluid. If sea salt is not available, table salt will work although it does not contain the additional trace minerals.

- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 cups Water or Coconut Water
- 8 to 10 Mint Leaves
- 1 to 2 Tsp Raw Honey
- ¼ tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Baking Soda, aluminum free (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Drink immediately or store refrigerated for several 2-3 days.
