For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Lacee Cunningham – educator, nutritionist, and health coach! I teach people to live healthier, happier lives by enjoying amazing food that is right for their bio-individual needs and by having a fun, active lifestyle.
As a former Group Fitness Instructor and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I know that the majority of modern health problems can healed or completely avoided through a healthy diet and lifestyle. We are not destined to have poor health because of our genetic make-up. Regardless of the genetic profile we have inherited we have the power to turn those genes on or off through food and lifestyle.
