Spiced Cranberry Sauce
Spiced Cranberry Sauce is delicious with roasted turkey or prime rib or as a holiday treat served with a scoop of whipped cream on top.
Notes
For a more traditional version, omit the cinnamon and cloves.

Ingredients
- 12 oz package Fresh Cranberries
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Cloves
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan, combine all 5 ingredients. Bring to a slow rolling boil stirring occasionally to prevent boiling over. Cranberries will begin to pop. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until popping stops. If whole cranberries remain, smash against the side of pan with a slotted spoon or masher. Sauce will be chunky and will set up naturally when cool. Will keep for several weeks refrigerated.
- Cranberries are a SUPER FOOD! Rich in many vitamins and antioxidants, cranberries provide cleansing support for the kidneys and bladder, can help with urinary tract infections and help prevent cancer.
